1 large handful chips
Workout:
1 mile run around neighborhood
Dinner:
1 breadstick with marinara sauce
3 pieces pizza: pepperoni, black olive, mushroom.
Dessert:
Kefir shake:
1 cup plain kefir with:
splash of raspberry
1/2 banana
cinnamon sprinkled on top
